Our fragrances are custom-made blends created by trusted manufacturers who follow strict safety standards. Because fragrance formulas are considered trade secrets, full ingredient lists aren’t publicly shared, but we do receive safety documentation that tells us what’s not in them.

Is there a free shipping option available?

Yes. Free shipping is available on retail orders $99+ before shipping and taxes. Wholesale and bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package and location.

How long does it take for orders to process?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. However, it's possible for it to take 7-10 business days.

Are orders insured with tracking?

Yes, orders are insured up to $100 by USPS. Tracking is emailed the day of shipment. You will also be notified via email when your order is out for delivery and when your order has been delivered.

What shipping carrier is used?

Orders are typically shipped via USPS. Wholesale orders and larger orders may require the use of FedEx or UPS.
