Where are you located? Do you have a physical location?

We are located in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. We call a small but lively little town, named Big Stone Gap, Virginia our HOME.

At this time, we do not have physical location. You can visit The Pottery Shop here in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, The Clapboard House in Wise, Virginia, Happy Juice in Clintwood, Virginia and Boutique 423 in Cleveland, Tennessee to see my products.

Why do you use 100% soy wax and natural wood wicks?

I exclusively utilize 100% soy wax and handcrafted natural wood wicks, as they embody the pinnacle of eco-conscious elegance. This ethical choice not only ensures a clean burning experience, but also offers an extended burn time for further enjoyment. Additionally, the biodegradable and renewable nature of these materials aligns harmoniously with our commitment to sustainability. How long do your products last?

When discussing burn time, it is essential to acknowledge that there are multiple variables to consider, including the length of candle burn, proper wick trimming, type of warmer, and the size of the area. These factors can influence the duration for which a candle burns. However, based on my personal experience using proper burn methods, I can provide you with some estimated numbers.

  • 7.5 oz Candles - 50+ hours
  • 2.75 Wax Melts - 25+ hours
  • 1 oz Sample Wax Melts - 8-12 hours
  • Room Sprays - Low Traffic Areas, 6-8 hours - High Traffic Areas, 1+ hours
  • Scrubs - As a wash-off product, the fragrance is not meant to linger.
  • Lotions - Depending on the fragrance, it is possible to detect its presence intermittently during the course of the day.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

The typical duration for order processing is 5-7 working days. Shipping durations may differ, but generally fall within the range of 2-3 business days. For any additional queries regarding shipping, please get in touch with USPS.

I am having trouble lighting my wood wick candle. What can I do?

Although wood wicks can be somewhat tricky, here are a few tips that might prove helpful.

  • Ensure that your wick is properly trimmed, ideally to a length of approximately 1/4 inch.
  • For the best results, we recommend using a longer lighter. Keep in mind that wood wicks may require a few seconds to ignite.
  • Place the candle on a stable and even surface, away from any drafts or air movement.
  • Allow your candle to melt evenly across all edges and refrain from burning it for longer than 3-4 hours.

Are returns accepted?

While we do not currently accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your item or we have made an error, we will be more than happy to rectify it by providing a new shipment, store credit, or a full refund. Kindly contact us with us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the resolution process.
